2. Eligibility

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. Free plan features and limits may change at any time without notice.
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans ("Pro" and "Enterprise") provide enhanced features and higher usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
5.3 Billing and Renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests should be sent to billing@urlytics.co.uk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URLYTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urlytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights

- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
